All engineering visits are limited to a 30-mile radius of PE11 3YP, our Pinchbeck base near Spalding. Please provide your postcode before booking. Product sales and deliveries are assessed separately.
Hot Tub Servicing
We offer 3 types of service; Commissioning, Regular Service, and Winterisation/Shutdown. We do not believe in having varying tiers of each as you can not take short cuts when it comes to a service. It’s designed to help prolong the life of your tub, detect any early warnings of part failure, prevent bacterial build up and remove limescale build up.
Commissioning
- Initial flush of each jet and associated pipeline
- Internal shell microbial clean & polish
- Clean top cover
- Electrical Inspection of all electrical components
- Deep Clean filters
- Begin refill
- Add client provided chemicals as required
Standard In-Use Service
- Chemical flush of the hot tub
- Full drain down
- Internal Shell microbial clean and polish
- Electrical Inspection
- Cabinet clean
- Removal & clean of all pillows & jets
- Wet Vac all remaining water from each pipeline
- Top Cover clean
- Check and if required, change heater/pump seals
- Begin refill of the hot tub
- Initial chemical dosing supplied by client
Winterisation / Shutdown
- Flush of the hot tub
- Full drain down
- Internal Shell microbial clean and polish
- Electrical Inspection
- Removal & clean of all pillows & jets
- Wet Vac all remaining water from each pipeline
- Top Cover clean
- Check and if required, change heater/pump seals
- Full Hot Tub Wrap inc top cover.
